Prevents Your Subject from Blurring

Digital Image Stabilizer for Videos & Mulit-Blur Canceller

Along with a digital image stabilizer that works even when you use the zoom function, the HD800 features a multi-blur canceller* that compensates for rotational blur in video images.

*This system may not correct shaking in images taken at low shutter speeds or in images taken with a high degree of shaking.

Enjoy Shooting Quickly When You Want

Start up in 1.2 Seconds in Quick Stand-by Mode

In Quick Stand-by mode, the Xacti HD800 starts up in just 1.2 seconds, so you can capture sudden shooting opportunities. Because the camera records to an SD memory card, rather than to a mechanical hard drive or disc media, you can start shooting immediately after opening the monitor.
