Build a Xacti Library on an External Hard Disk Drive An external hard disk drive can be connected directly to the USB port on the supplied cradle. This lets you copy image files saved on the Xacti HD1000 to the external hard drive, without having to use a PC. You can also view those copied images in all their original high quality on a TV screen. The HD1000's built-in Album function makes it easy to organize files saved on a hard drive.
	Versatility via Cradle The supplied cradle has three ports for HDMI, component video and USB connection. This makes it extremely simple to watch recorded images on an HDTV; to record images to a DVD or HD recorder; or to connect the unit to a PC or printer.
Handy Playback and Editing Functions The 9-image display function lets you quickly search for specific images. The Slideshow function, meanwhile, plays back recorded images continuously. Furthermore, movies can be easily edited on the camera itself. A time bar makes it easy to splice multiple scenes together, so you can cut unwanted portions from clips.
