QRP WARRANTY SERVICE / OUT OF WARRANTY

SANYO is committed to ensuring that our Security Products perform superbly. We are also committed to our customers' total satisfaction.

In the unlikely event that any SANYO SECURITY PRODUCT that is covered by the original warranty fails to operate properly due to manufacturing defect, the unit is eligible for SANYO'S Quick Repair Program (QRP). SANYO also offers this same QRP service for out-of-warranty products.

The warranty Quick Repair Program works as follows:

		First it is necessary to determine if the unit requires service or if the problem can be easily corrected by speaking with Security Product Technical Support at (888)667-2696.
		Once it has been determined the product needs service, you will be asked to log on to www.sanyocctv.com, click on the QRP Link and complete the form to initiate your QRP Request. Remember your ID user name and password, this will allow you to track your product and make it easier for further QRP Requests, since you will be a registered user.
		SANYO will e-mail instructions on how to send product to SANYO. We will provide you with a FED-EX account number so you can send unit overnight. Unit will also be returned overnight.

OUT OF WARRANTY QRP REPAIR

		This program is available for units that need repair after the normal warranty period has elapsed. It varies from Model to Model, some 1 Year others 3 Years. If you are not sure Contact SANYO Security Technical Support at (888)667-2696.
		Click on the START QRP Link above, complete and submit the form. Remember your ID user name and password. SANYO will e-mail instruction on where to ship unit to. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to SANYO. SANYO will return unit to customer at our expense, regular ground.
		After unit has been evaluated, we will e-mail an estimate. By using your ID user name and password, you will be asked to Log on to the QRP site and make payment via the Internet. Once payment is approved, SANYO will complete repair.
